SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS:
By subscribing to Zappers Club, you will receive:

• Free delivery on eligible orders placed through the Spryntz Platform
• Up to 50% discount on your total bill at participating Partner Restaurants (applies to full menu at program launch)
• Access to exclusive promotions and offers determined by Spryntz from time to time

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS:

• Monthly subscription with automatic renewal if payment card is added
• Subscription commences from date of purchase and operates on monthly billing cycles
• If you opt for recurring billing, subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled prior to renewal date
• Cancellation only takes effect from the subsequent billing cycle - no refunds for current cycle

PAYMENT POLICY:

• All subscription fees are payable monthly in advance
• Fees are strictly non-refundable once paid for that particular month, including if you cancel during a paid subscription cycle
• No deductions, credits, or partial refunds will be provided for early cancellation

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS:

• Benefits may be modified, restricted, or withdrawn at any time at Spryntz's sole discretion and/or by participating Partner Restaurants
• Changes may include: minimum order thresholds, maximum discount caps, time-based restrictions, or exclusion of certain menu items
• We will provide reasonable notice of material changes, but all modifications are effective immediately upon posting
• Benefits are promotional and do not guarantee availability of menu items or restaurant participation
• Spryntz is not liable for Partner Restaurant operations, food quality, or service levels

By paying the subscription fee, you acknowledge this is a legally binding agreement and accept these terms as part of the FoodZapp Terms of Service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
